Objective: The P.G. Diploma in Yogic Science aims to promote physical health, prevention of stress related health problems and rehabilitation through Yoga, integral approach to Yoga therapy which contributes substantially in preventing and curing ailments, personality development of students, invoke scientific attitude for enhancing efficiency in work and to enable them to establish Yoga Centers in service of common man.

Maximum Seats: 30 (thirty)

Eligibility: Minimum 40% marks in Graduation

Duration: One year divided into two semesters of six months (July to December and January to June).

Internship & Project Work: Every candidate will have to undergo a compulsory Teaching Practice at the end of the semester in various schools and submit a project-report at his/her own cost which will be assessed in end of the semester.

Passing Standard: 36% in each paper and 40% in aggregate. A candidate will be allowed to appear in a maximum of two back papers subject to one, such attempt in a paper.

Laboratory: Well equipped naturopathy Biofeedback labs are available for students. Emphasis is given on practical aspects of Yoga.

Applicable boys fund and examination fees as per university rule.

Dual Qualification: This course can be pursued simultaneously with studying in the first year of any P.G. Course as a regular student of the College or as a private student of the H.N.B. Garhwal University.
