Faculty of History Came into existence in the year 2001 with the undergraduate programme in the college under affiliation with HNB Garhwal University. In 2014, the department upgraded to P.G. status.
There are 120 seats in undergraduate programme and 20 seats in P.G. programme. 02 regular faculties are working in the department and 01 faculty is attached. 01 faculty has specialization in Ancient History and 02 faculties has specialization in modern History of India.
